PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE 10 AM, Tuesday, November 12, 2024

DATE:   Wednesday, NOVEMBER 13, 2024

TIME:   12 noon to 1 pm

PLATFORM:   ZOOM

You MUST pre-register for this meeting.  This is to ensure confidential voting measures can be carried out.  Pre-registration must take place before 10 am, Tuesday, November 12, 2024.

If you are unsure whether you will be attending the meeting or not, please pre-register as though you are going to attend.  That way, everything will be in place for you on meeting day.  There is only a one-hour time period for this meeting.  Registration the day of the meeting will NOT be available.  Again, if you are going to be in attendance, or are even planning on being in attendance,

It is important you understand you must be a Member in Good Standing (meaning you have signed a PSAC Membership Application Card and have a PSAC Member ID #) to (i) 'Move' or 'Second' agenda items at this meeting, (ii) vote in any elections, or (iii) 'Move' or 'Second' nominations from the Floor.

Also important:   This is a 'one sign-in/one vote' ZOOM meeting.  Some of you may want to gather as a group in one spot to attend this meeting.  However, if you do that, it will ONLY be the one (1) Member who signs in to the PTSU AGM Meeting who will be eligible to vote.  To this end, we recommend that YOU pre-register and sign-in yourself for this meeting.
